DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Content Provider Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the StreamLumi adult live streaming platform operated at www.streamlumi.com.
• "Content Provider" or "Creator" means any individual who has registered a broadcaster account on the Platform and who creates, streams, uploads, or publishes content for viewing by other users of the Platform.
• "Content" means any live streams, pre-recorded videos, images, audio, text, or any other material created and published by the Content Provider on the Platform.
• "Depicted Individual" means any person who appears in, participates in, or is otherwise featured in any Content published on the Platform.
• "StreamLumi" means the operator of the Platform.

OVERVIEW

By registering as a Content Provider on StreamLumi and completing the account verification process, you ("the Creator") agree to be fully bound by the terms of this Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your relationship with StreamLumi as a broadcaster and Content Provider on the Platform.

This Agreement is legally binding. Please read it carefully in its entirety before completing your account verification. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register as a Content Provider and should contact us at support@streamlumi.com.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

1.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Content Provider on the Platform. By completing the verification process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 Identity Verification All Content Providers are required to complete StreamLumi's identity verification process prior to being granted broadcasting access. This process includes:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photographic identification document confirming your legal name and date of birth.
• Submission of any additional documentation requested by StreamLumi for the purposes of age and identity verification.
• Completion of any third-party verification steps required by StreamLumi's compliance partners.

1.3 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and verification and to promptly update your account information should any details change. Providing false or misleading information during verification is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

2. AGREEMENT TERMS & OBLIGATIONS

By registering and verifying your Content Provider account on StreamLumi, you agree to the following:

2.1 Legal Compliance You agree that all Content you create, stream, upload, or publish on the Platform will comply fully with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. StreamLumi strictly prohibits any activity on the Platform that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

2.2 Consent Requirements You agree to obtain, retain, and make available upon request written consent from every Depicted Individual who appears in any Content you publish on the Platform. This written consent must confirm and document the following:

• The Depicted Individual's express consent to the creation and public sharing of the Content.
• The Depicted Individual's express consent to the upload and publication of the Content on the StreamLumi Platform.
• Acknowledgement that the Content will be viewable by subscribers and users of the Platform.
• Confirmation that the Depicted Individual is at least 18 years of age, supported by a valid photographic identification document.
• Permission for StreamLumi to access and review verification and consent documentation upon request for compliance purposes.

2.3 Age Verification of Depicted Individuals You are solely and personally responsible for verifying the age of every individual depicted in your Content. You must retain copies of valid photographic identification for every Depicted Individual and must make such documentation available to StreamLumi upon request. You warrant and represent that every individual depicted in your Content is at least 18 years of age at the time the Content is created.

2.4 Record Keeping You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all consent documentation and age verification materials for all Depicted Individuals in your Content. These records must be retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum period of 7 years following the removal or deletion of the relevant Content from the Platform. StreamLumi reserves the right to audit these records at any time for compliance purposes.

2.5 Prohibited Content You agree that you will never create, stream, upload, or publish any of the following categories of Content on the Platform:

• Content involving or depicting any individual under the age of 18 years.
• Non-consensual sexual content or content depicting sexual acts without the full and informed consent of all participants.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of any individual.
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory toward any individual or group.
• Any other content that violates applicable law or StreamLumi's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

2.6 Content Ownership & Licence You retain ownership of all original Content you create and publish on the Platform. By publishing Content on StreamLumi, you grant StreamLumi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit, reproduce, and promote your Content solely for the purposes of operating and marketing the Platform. This licence remains in effect for the duration of your account and will terminate upon the removal of the relevant Content, subject to any cached or archived copies required for legal or compliance purposes.

2.7 Earnings & Payouts As a Content Provider, you are entitled to earn revenue through tips, token gifts, private shows, subscriptions, and other monetisation features available on the Platform. StreamLumi retains a platform commission on all earnings as detailed in your account dashboard. Payouts are processed in accordance with StreamLumi's standard payout schedule. StreamLumi reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts pending the investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, policy violation, or compliance concern.

2.8 Tax Obligations You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from your earnings as a Content Provider on the Platform, including the declaration and payment of income tax, self-employment tax, and any other applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. StreamLumi does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

3. PLATFORM CONDUCT

3.1 Professional Standards You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times when using the Platform. This includes your interactions with viewers, other Content Providers, and StreamLumi staff.

3.2 No Circumvention You agree not to encourage, solicit, or facilitate viewers or subscribers to make payments to you outside of the Platform's official payment systems. Attempts to circumvent the Platform's payment infrastructure are a serious breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account login details with any third party. StreamLumi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Streaming Standards You agree to ensure that all live streams and Content published on the Platform meet the quality and compliance standards set out in our Community Guidelines. StreamLumi reserves the right to interrupt or terminate any live stream that is found to be in violation of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.

4. CONTRACT DURATION & TERMINATION

4.1 Duration This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of your Content Provider account on StreamLumi. The Agreement will continue indefinitely unless terminated by you or by StreamLumi in accordance with the provisions below.

4.2 Termination by the Content Provider You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your Content Provider account. To close your account, please contact us at support@streamlumi.com. Upon account closure, your access to broadcasting features will be revoked. Any outstanding earnings will be processed and paid out in accordance with StreamLumi's standard payout schedule, subject to verification and compliance review.

4.3 Termination by StreamLumi StreamLumi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Content Provider account and this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.
• Submission of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to maintain required consent and age verification documentation.
• Engagement in any illegal activity on or through the Platform.
• Any conduct deemed by StreamLumi to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or its reputation.

4.4 Effect of Termination Upon termination of this Agreement, all licences granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including record-keeping obligations, confidentiality, indemnification, and representations and warranties.

5. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant to StreamLumi that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• All information provided to StreamLumi during registration and verification is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You have obtained and retained valid written consent and age verification documentation for every individual depicted in your Content.
• Your Content does not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your activities as a Content Provider on the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for your Content and for any consequences arising from its publication on the Platform.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamLumi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your Content or your activities as a Content Provider on the Platform.
• Your breach of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
• Any claim by a Depicted Individual arising from your failure to obtain valid consent or age verification.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

This Content Provider Agreement is strictly confidential. The terms, conditions, and details contained within this Agreement are for the exclusive use of the Content Provider and authorised StreamLumi personnel only. You agree not to disclose the contents of this Agreement to any unauthorised third party without the prior written consent of StreamLumi.

8. AMENDMENTS

StreamLumi reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, StreamLumi will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform as a Content Provider following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StreamLumi is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By registering as a Content Provider on StreamLumi and confirming your account through the verification process, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted this Content Provider Agreement in its entirety. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account verification and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and StreamLumi.

If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you must not proceed with account verification. Please close your Content Provider account or contact our support team at support@streamlumi.com for assistance.
