INTRODUCTION

Welcome to StreamLumi ("StreamLumi", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our adult-oriented live streaming platform located at www.streamlumi.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

StreamLumi is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and older. By using this Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor immediately and without notice.

1.2 Account Creation To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

1.3 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@streamlumi.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. StreamLumi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

1.4 One Account Per User You may only maintain one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, suspensions, or restrictions is strictly prohibited.

2. BROADCASTER TERMS

2.1 Broadcaster Eligibility To broadcast on the Platform, you must complete our identity verification process and provide valid government-issued identification confirming you are at least 18 years of age. Failure to complete verification will result in restricted or suspended access.

2.2 Content Ownership As a broadcaster, you retain ownership of the content you create and stream on the Platform. By broadcasting on StreamLumi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit, and promote your content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.

2.3 Broadcaster Conduct Broadcasters agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Ensure all participants in their streams are consenting adults aged 18 or older.
• Not engage in any form of coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual activity.
• Not stream content involving minors under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information at all times.

2.4 Earnings & Payouts Broadcasters earn revenue through tips, token gifts, subscriptions, and private shows as outlined in our Payout Policy. StreamLumi retains a platform commission as detailed in your broadcaster agreement. Payouts are processed according to our standard payout schedule. We reserve the right to withhold payments pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent or policy-violating activity.

3. VIEWER TERMS

3.1 Tokens & Payments Viewers may purchase tokens to interact with broadcasters through tips, private shows, and other features. All token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency by viewers.

3.2 Viewer Conduct Viewers agree to:

• Treat all broadcasters and other users with respect and dignity.
• Not engage in harassment, stalking, threats, or abusive behaviour toward any user.
• Not attempt to solicit personal contact information from broadcasters outside the Platform.
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute any content from the Platform without explicit consent.
• Not attempt to circumvent payment systems or engage in chargebacks fraudulently.

3.3 Subscriptions Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on StreamLumi:

• Any content involving minors, including but not limited to sexual content, suggestive content, or any depiction of individuals under 18 years of age.
• Non-consensual sexual content or content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts sexual violence.
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities including drug use, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Spam, phishing, or any attempt to deceive or defraud other users.
• Impersonation of any individual, brand, or entity.
• Sharing of another person's private or personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate Platform metrics or interactions.
• Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and legal action where appropriate.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 StreamLumi Content All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belonging to StreamLumi are the exclusive property of StreamLumi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any StreamLumi intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5.3 Copyright Infringement We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Platform, please contact us at support@streamlumi.com with the relevant details and we will investigate promptly.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.streamlumi.com.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Platform Availability StreamLumi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

7.2 Third-Party Content StreamLumi is not responsible for the content broadcast by users on the Platform. Broadcaster content represents the views and actions of the individual broadcaster and not those of StreamLumi.

7.3 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StreamLumi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.4 Maximum Liability To the extent permitted by law, StreamLumi's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to StreamLumi in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamLumi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

9.1 By StreamLumi We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

9.2 By You You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@streamlumi.com. Upon closure, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any outstanding earnings owed to broadcasters will be paid out in accordance with our standard payout schedule, subject to verification.

9.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StreamLumi is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact us at support@streamlumi.com to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against StreamLumi.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and StreamLumi with respect to your use of the Platform.

12.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. StreamLumi may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
